Hi Friends,
Its really uregent, Actually I am planning to fly out of US to India in end of December, Till now I don\'t have my New Employer\'s H1 Stamping on my passport but I am having H1 stamping from my previous employer but that got expired in Aug 2001 . I am working with this new employer from last year.
I am planning to get New employer\'s H1B Visa stamped from India which is valid till 2003 while I visit there, So please tell me if it safe to get stamped there or I can have any problems ?
I am carring all my orignals.....
