Hello,
I am going to the chennai consulate for H1B Stamping. Till August of last year I was on L1 visa and for some months when I was on L1 visa I have some missing paystubs due to companies financial problems. Due to that the amount in W-2 is a bit less.
From august 2003 I am on H1B with a different company and there is no problem. I have all my paystubs. Will the counselate question the less amount in my W-2?
Is there a prevailing wage rule in L visa?
Has anybody had similar experience?
