I'm planning to get my H1 stamping done in Canada and wants to know your experiences.
Basically I have transfered my H1 from A to B in the begining of 2005 and currently I sent my papers for extension to recapture my vacation time so that I can apply for my 7th year in Dec 2005. Once I get my extension in Jan or Feb 2006, I'm thinking of getting my visa stamping done in Canada because of a long delay in getting appointments in India.
With the recent news that they are changing the procedure to get the visa appointment in India, not sure when I can get the appointment in India.
In this scenario, can I get my H1 stamping done in Canada especially when I changed employers ?
I would appreciate if you can share any suggestions or experiences.
