H1 Stamping forms

Hi Guys,

Can anyone suggest for H1B stamping in India -> Do i need to submit both DS-156 and DS-157 form?

I am just curious enough....last time when i did stamping I only submitted DS-156 ....but this time my company is saying to submit both....so just to find out what exactly need?

Another quese is :
I got RFE on EAD . My I-140 got approved long back (due to company policy separate filing for both).... Can anyone suggest what are reasons for getting RFE in EAD?
