H1 Stamping (Extension) - Company Name changed

Hi All,
I joined my company (A) and got my H1 Transferred(and extended, since it was expiring in Sept 08). I have the 797 with me.
Now this company has changed its name. I'm headed to toronto to get my VISA stamped. This will be a bit more involving, so I would REALLY appreciate it if someone could answer the following questions:

1) Since I have a transfer with an extension, is stamping exactly the same as, say getting a VISA stamped JUST for getting a H1 transfer exclusively?

2) Since my 797 has my company's old name, it's new name is say, B, what complications can I forsee during STAMPING or in the application stage itself?
(Since I need to get my company's NEW name on the stamp, even though the 797 has the OLD name!!)
 
Well, I was going to carry that with me - no one would take my word for it, I know :)

I was wondering if there's any formality I have to initiate or problem I could face when I present my 797 with the other documentation during interview stamping?

I mean, someone has to KNOW that my company is no longer with the name thats specified in 797! isn;t there a form or an application thats attached to this
scenario? (I mean, is an official letterheaded document from my company simply stapled to the 797 enough to get me through situation?)
