I was working in India. And through a new employer(the new employer is in US) i had applied for h1.
Since my wife is in US, i resigned from my last job and came to US in oct on h4.
yesterday i got my h1 approval. [Please note that my h1 was applied in July when i was in India.]
Kindly advice.
Can i apply for COS(Change of status) from H4 to H1?
If not do i need to get the h1 stamped from canada/mexico or i have to go back to India for getting it stamped.
