I came to us 2 years back on H4 and I got my H1 approval in Nov 2004. I did not get my SSN number till 2nd week of Jan because of that I was not able to work.
I started working from Feb 2005 and got my pay stub for Feb.
I changed to another company and working for that company from April 2005 and I am being paid from April. I want to go to India in August and I have to go for stamping. I will be having pay stubs of Feb, Apr, May, June, and July.
My concern is will there be any problem in stamping, as I don’t have pay stubs for March and Jan. In the month of March Can I tell them that I was in transition to another company? Do you see any problem for my stamping??
