Hi,
i was on F1. Received H1-B approval starting Oct. i m Working for EmployerA as a consultant. I m on a project with ClientA.
i Will leave for India in January. Get stamping done by Feb.
I am planning to change to EmployerB.
Question 1.
Before going to India, i plan to give my documents for H1 transfer. Will this affect in any way to my H1 Stamping, in case H1 transfer happens before stamping OR other way round?
Question 2.
If all goes well, stamping happens and transfer is successful, When i return, can i continue working for ClientA under EmployerB, or EmployerA can create issues. I m not sure whether this is legal or not?
Please let me know if anyone have experienced anything like this or if someone have knowledge abt this.
