I am going to Delhi consulate for my H1 visa stamping....
My case
IN US from Jun 2000 to Nov 2001 on H1
IN US from Dec 2001 to March 2003 on L1
IN US from April 2003 to Now on H1.. I changed 2 jobs in the last 6 months.
I have an approved 797 from my current employer and all the paystubs.
Question: I have only 1 year left on my petition...can this be an issue while stamping
Question: I was on L1 for a while ...can that be an issue
Question: Since I have 6 years of work ex... can I expect very tough technical questions?
Please share your experiences.
