I was planning to travel to Calgary, Canada the 12/21/02 to 12/25. I set up an interview with the USA consulate for the 24th at 9:30 AM. This will be my second time getting my Visa stamp, so I thought you had to go abroad to get a H1B stamp in my passport. My lawyer says, since I did this already( for my first three years), I just need to revalidated my VISA. Is that possible? I did not know you could revalidated the VISA inside the US. I thought you need it to stamp it outside of United States. Also, he advice me not to travel and to do my VISA in US. I choose Canada bc I hear good stories in this forum about the embassies in Canada. I am from Honduras and this my second term being on the states. THe last time I travel was Dec 2001, I did not have any problems, but I am skeptical since I hear horror stories? I do not know if I should cancel my travel plans. Also, I am marry to a permanent resident, do you think they will see me as a threat for staying in the States?
