I am a Pakistani citizen and had some questions.
My H1b visa was approved last year and is vaild for another 2 years. Can I get it stamped in Canada to avoid the long lines back home at the embassy. Am I eligible to get it stamped there even though I am from a special registration country.
My GC has been applied for and I should get my AP in a month or so. Should I still go to Canada to get my H1 stamped or simply use my AP to travel internationally.
My position will require frequent international travel in the coming months and I was hoping someone could advise me on what to do. Should I bother getting my H1 stamped or just use my AP from now on?
