H1 revoked, H4 validity

Hi,
I am attached with company A now and company B had applied for my h1B transfer and it has come through now. My wife holds H4 of company A visa, which is valid till Oct 2003 and she is now in my homecountry. Here is my question?.

1) if i join company B and company A revokes my visa immediately. will my wife be able to entry into US with H4 of company A, which is valid till Oct 2003?. or else do i have to get company B's visa stamped, which would take three months to come through, and then ask my wife to approach US consulate in my hometown for her H4 based on my company B H1B?

H-4 visas are NOT employer specific. As long as you maintain your H-1 status (regardless of which employer you work for) her H-4 remains valid.
