H1 Revalidation

I have to get my H1 visa revalidated in US. Its 7 months past it expired and i have a approval with me. Will it be a legal issue if my H1 visa gets stamped after my 485 is approved.

I think you will only have a problem if you use your H1B to enter the US after your I-485 is approve

Thanks for u r reply. I dont have to leave US in another year and my RD is 7/27. Only reason i am doing revalidation is if my GC get delayed more and if i cross the 1 year H1 expiry period i will not be able to revalidate in US. Thats the reason. By the one more question its not a problem to enter USA using AP even after 485 is approved.
