H1 revalidation Withdrawal

Hi friends,

If I withdraw my H1 revalidation, will they send everything (whatevery I send like passpoart, original I-797) back or just the passport? Their website says that it is only the passport. Actually I need original I-797 to send it to my wife to get her back on H4.

How many days they take to recv everything back?

They send everything back to me after approval: my passport, employer letter and copies of I-797 form (I didnot submit original).

I guess they will send everything back to you.

Hi Jalma,

My case is not of approval. It is for withdrawal.

Also, it is so surprising that you did not send original I-797 and still you got it approved.
