H1 Revalidation-W2 return requried?

Hi,

I came to US on Dec 2000. I was on bench for 2 years. Never got paid nor filed for Tax returns. Just have current year pay stub and W2. Going to Chennai for revalidation. My question is:

1) Do they ask for w2's for all the 3 years of my stay in USA?

2) If they do ask, what should be my reply?

3) If they reject my application, what are my other options?

Currently i have a valid H1 for 3 years, but my Visa has expired for more than 1 year, so i have to go out of USA for revalidation.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes .. you will get lot of (yes lot of troubles if you go india .. yes they will ask last 3 years w2 and

Mexico - Any experince in W2 returns?

Can things get any worse? it seems my only chance is to go to Mexico.

Well, has anyone recently been to Mexico for revalidation?

Any experience with W2 at the US consulate in Mexico?

How are my chances??

check in the same forum .. Few of them went to mexico and read those experiences ..
