H1 revalidation receipt notice delay

Hi

I filed for my H1B extension petition 2 weeks back but I have not received the receipt notice from USCIS yet

My current H1 is expiring in less than a month. What proof can I keep to show that I filed my H1 extension petition? Is there any way to track/expedite the process of getting the receipt notice from USCIS?

Talk to your lawyer, I think you have a case as long as you sent the extension petition before the curent H-1B tenure ends.
