H1 revalidation in US - 2 Passports issue

Hi,

I am planning to send passport for restamping in USA.

My son have expired passport (with H4 visa expired in FEB 04). I got new passport on SEP 03 from chicago (NO h4 VISA NOW).

Should I send both passport or only new.

anyone had same issue and got stamped successfully.

Attach the old passport to the new passport. Send both passports.
