H1 revalidation in Juarez, Mexico

Hello,

has anyone had any recent experiences of H1 re-validation in Juarez, Mexico? I am thinking of using Victor Garcia's services to re-validate my H1B and thought would check if someone had any experinces or had some advice to share.

I used Victor Garcia two years ago. My experience with them was very good. Things changed a little bit about 1 year ago in Juarez. I think they are still issuing visas the same day.
