I am currently in US (H1 B) working for a company A. I got my H1
extention approved on October 29th for the same employer.
My visa stamped on
Passport expired in Sept. My lawer did not apply for the
extension for my wife and son (H4) along with mine. But later
applied for it and is in progress. We all are going to India in
December middle and planning to stamp the visa in Chennai
Consulate. My questions,
1. Is there any problem in going to India while my family's
H4 extension petition in Progress.
2. Can I submit my and family passports together in India for
stamping, eventhough my family's H4s extension
petiotion is still in pending.
