H1 renewal

Need an Update, looking for H1 renewal after the first term. In NJ, driving license will be issued only if you have a valid visa and my driving license will be over by December 14, 2005. Application for renewal is almost ready. But anybody knows the current processing time for H1 renewals in the regular procedure.

I have applied for H1 renewal in september and it is taking anywhere from 90 - 150 days to process H1 renewal.
