I am working on submitting I-129 without using attorney
Do I need to attach the prevailing wage request along with LCA?
also in I-129, part 4, question h is asking as "If you indicated you were filing a new petition in Part2, within the past 7 years has any person in this petition: 1) ever been given the classification you are now requesting? 2) ever been denied the classification you are now requesting?
I left the answer blank since we are asking for renewal, I assumed this question is not applicable for my case, H1B1 renewal.
Does anyone have any insight on this?
