The package to renew my H-1 was returned back to my employer from INS. The reason is because my employer filed the 129W version that is available from the INS web site (2002 version). Apparently they don’t like that version and wanted my employer to file the 2000 version of the I-129W form..... Can you believe that?
My First question is ... Did anyone else had a similar situation?
And next is does any one have an electronic copy of that version?
