I have an Employment Authorization Card (Practical Training) expiring Dec 2004. I have few questions regarding this.

1) If H1 cap expires for this year how to stay in status in till the next H1?

2) If H1 is approved can I continue to work on my existing EAD till OCtober?

3) Is H1 limit is the number of applicants filled or the numer of applicants approved? I mean when does INS stop taking in further applications?

Please help me as this regards.

1. Marry a citizen now, file I130 &485. really no way.

4. USCIS will stop taking applications before Jan 2005... the load is heavy..
