H1 Quota UNUSUAL ISSUE

Dear all:

I was having F1 Visa and then H1B Visa from May 2000. From Sept 2003, I am again on F1 Visa.

If I want to get H1B Visa now, will I be affected by quota limitation?
If new bill regarding 20,000 new H1B Visa is passed, do I need to wait untill Oct 2005 to get H1B?
Will my H1B period considered from May 2000 to Sept 2003 only? Or my F1 period will also be considered for 6 year limit of H1B?

Since you already had H-1 you might not come under the cap, check with an attorney. Your F-1 period should not be considered towards H-1 limit.
