Hi I have completed my course work for Master's (ie. 33 credit hours), but I am yet to take my comprehensive exam. So can I now file for my H1B visa on my Master's or should I file it on my Bachelors?
It doesn't really matter. You can file it with your Bachelor's(thats what I did). The only catch with using ur Bachelor's is that you need an evaluation of your Bachelor's done saying that its a equivalent of a 4 year college in the US(the lawyer will worry about that).
