I am on OPT till Feb 2006. I worked for a consulting company, which had filed for my H-1 under the 20k student quota. It is due to be approved end of this year.
Current problem, I need to go to India. Can I go and return?
Second Problem. I know longer work for said company, instead work for another company. Can i just transfer the same H1? I left in August, the same month, my petition was recieved by the INS.
Please answer my question someone out there. Its urgent.
