In any case, here is my query.
My OPT began in June 2005 and I understand that i need to get my H1 application done before october this year.
My question is if i start working for a company in a temp position .. can i simultaneously ask some other company to sponsor my h1. If yes, what are the restrictions or things that i need to follow?
