My wife got her F-2 visa based on my PhD I-20. But, I got a job & did not complete my PhD. We are going for our H1B & H4 visa stamping next week. What's the best answer to give if the consular officer asks "Why did you not complete your phD?". Also, as I am working, I have started to work on my part-time PhD. Can I mention this to the consular officer?
