H1 Processing -- Upgrade to PREMIUM

Hello all,
I have applied for my H1B (status change from H4 to H1) on June 1st. Its been over three months and I have not received an approval yet. I guess it might take more than another month for Vermont to process the June applications.
However, my question is "CAN WE UPGRADE THE PROCESSING TO PREMIUM" at this time

Yes you can. In fact, my h1b was filed as regular on 15th april, i waited till august and then it was upgraded to premium on 15th august. i recieved the approval email on 23rd august.

Please clarify - how did you get email? Did your lawyer get the email?
