Is it true that in CA center - "choosing H1 Premium Processing
may be unofficially equivalent to requesting heightened
scrutiny of the application resulting in additional
requests for information or denials" Any one heard about
it?
And anyone know the current normal H1 processing time of CA center?
It was 02/27 on 06/07. Does it get into March now?
