Hi guys
My H1 and Visa both are getting expired and I have been in this country from last four years. Since I have my EAD valid till march next year. I am not planning to extend my H1. and like to renew EAD for another 1 year.
Since my RD/ND is december Might get a G.C. by mid of next year. (FP not done yet)
Only problem is that my company is merged with some other company. So will it be a problem if as per new law(485 case pending more than 180 days ) if I change my employer and find another job.
Is this a good decision.
