hi
i applied for my h1b in the masters quota during the last week of june 2006 and my receipt showed that they recieved my application on july 12. But in my i-129 petitiion, i had mentioned that my expected graduation date will be on july 29th. and i had attached a letter from university saysing that my degree will be awarded on july 29th pending successful completion of the project that i had submitted
But now i got a notice from USCIS saying that my petition has been rejected and they asked me to appeal using the i-290b form.
so, i am planning to appeal with all my degree certificates and trancripts that i received from my university.
so, can any one please tell me what are my chances of winning this case. had anyone comes across situation like this.
please help me out
thanks
