My H1 is still pending as my employer says.
My employer doesn't give the receipt number to tarck my H1 file case and advised to apply for OPT extenstion meanwhile. I doubt they are everified after filing my H1.
My current OPT is valid till FEB. To apply for OPT extension, I had asked them for the employer's e-verify number. Now they are asking me my info that they need to enroll me too into everify program. After I give the necessary info to them, if they give me the e-verify number and case receipt number, " CAN I give a different employer's everify number for OPT extension [assume my H1 case got rejected in this point]".
Please advice ASAP
