I am in the situation where my relative has probelm with H1 employer. My relative has joined the compnay last week (May 21, 2003) and within one week instead of paying him company is asking him to invest in projects. My relative did not apply for Social security card or anything as he kept him very busy. Now the employer asked to leave or join someother company. Obviously my relative didnot apply for Social security number whether this can help him being out of stautus by not havning pay stubs? and i wanted to know what can be done at this point.
