My girlfriend is on a 0-1 visa from India. I am applying for an H-1 for the upcoming quoto. My question is:
If i get rejected can i legally work and stay as a dependent spouse through her 0-1 if we were married?
This is just incase i get rejected for the upcoming cap, so i do not have to return to India.
