Hi Folks
I came into US on a F1 visa graduated and started working on my OPT and then got a H1. Moved to another company and got my second H1 during which I never got my passport stamped since did not have a need to leave this country. Now I am planning on going abroad and want to get a Multiple H1 stamped. It has been around three years since I have been on a H1. Can I go to Canada to get my multiple stamped or do I have to go to my home country to get it done. I read a couple of messages where people mentioned that if you are from F1 to H1 and been on an unstamped H1 for longer than a year you have to go back to your home country. Is this true!!!
Any other suggestions u gurus might have would be greatly appreciated.
