My spouse who is a canadian citizen came here on h1 b , but as there were some misunderstandings and discrepencies the employer tried to revoke the h1 or filed for "motion to reopen "(that's what it says under his file status on uscis website) his H1 is valid till sep 2007, but it has been far more than 6 months now and the status is still the same. anybody has any insight as to what's happening there or can he stay in US while the case is still pending like that ?
