H1 Masters Quota Requirement - letter of degree completion from deam?

Hi,

I am on H4 right now and doing my Masters degree.
I will be completing all my Masters courses in August 06.

To apply for H1b in the Masters quota, is it mandator
that I need my degree certificate?

Or can I apply with a letter from my dean saying that I have completed
all courses, and have met my Masters graduation requirements.

Hi,

Get a letter from school saying that you have completed all the requirements to earn master's degree. Attach you final transcript and that letter with the application. That will do.
