I have 4 Questions, could you please give me the answers?
I have a L1 (Employer1) visa which is valid till 01-Jan-2009, I worked in the US from Feb'06 to Sep'06 (8 months). Now I am back in India. Employer2 in US filed (2nd June'06, in Vermount) a H1 for me and case is yet to approved.
1) If my H1 case got approved, then my L1 is still valid or not?
2) Will there be any affect on my L1 visa if go for H1 stamping in India.
3) will there be any affect on my H1 (assuming it got approved and stamping not done) if i enter US again on L1 throug my Employer1.
4) Till what time I should be out of US (considering I left US on 30th Sep'06 and H1 filed on 2nd June'06 and H1 might got approved in Nov'06) so that my initial stay of 8 months in US wont count in for 6 year rule.
