I am in india.I have a h1b stamped and ready to come over.Buy my old company siad they will do L1 and post me here. If i get my l1 will my h1b be cancelled. if cancelled can i apply for adjustment of status late to convert to h1b

Once You Come On L-1 You Need To Wait For H-1b Quota To Transfer Your Case To H-1b.
