H1 Issues with Employer, HELP PLEASE!!

Hello,

I have an H1-B from Company A and i will be getting to the US very soon, now this company will not pay me till i get a project. I may be able to get another job while in the US and i have read that for the new company to transfer the H1, pay stubs will be required, which i will never have.

Is it possible to get the H1 Transferred to another company without providing them pay stubs?

Any insight into the rules is highly aprpeciated.

Not at all. You will get an RFE and visa will not be able to transferred.

But u should seek a attorney advice.
