H1 Issue - Urgent

Hi,

My wife got her H1 Petition approved for Oct 1st 2008. She is currently on H4 visa and i am on H1

I am plnning to change my job. I like to know that in case, i file for the H1 transfer to an aother company, Do i need to file her H4 transfer also. To my knowledge, if i applied her new H4, it will override her current H1.

In case i change the job and i don;t apply her H4 petition transfer, on what status she will be in US till Oct 1st.

Kindly let me know as soon as possible.

If her H-4 is valid till September 30, 2008, you don't need to file another H-4. She will be out of dependent visa from October 1, 2008 anyway.
