I joined a consutant at oct'2005..My case was L1 to H1 transfer.in my I 129 it is mentioned that I will be joining client X and in LCA the client X's location (suppose location A) is mentioned.
But I joined client Y and not client X later on. I am already working for client Y from oct.But my LCA still showing the loction A (locatin of client X) and same for I 129.Now i m goin to india in vacation and I need a stamp before enter to US.
Now whats the the procedure if my H1 is filed for some client and if I end up working with some other client.e.g for my case , do I need another LCA or I just neeed a transfer letter from my consultant saying that my current client is Y.I am already working for client Y for last 2 mnths without any new LCA.Both the client are in same state , but in different city.Is my case illegal?
