Hi,
I came here on L1 through an Indian company on Nov, 2004. My L1 is valid till 2007 and I have I-94 till 2007.
Comp B in US filed my H1 on 4,Aug 2005 and I received a reciept number for the same. The H1 approval is expected to come latest by end of Sept, 2005 as I went for premium processing very recently. But the approval notice of my H1 notice not yet come as I went for premium recently. I will get the info within 10 days.
Now my Indian company is asking me to go back to India coming weekend itself. Is it possible that I can leave the Indian company job and my status will be legal here and as soon as I get my H1 approval I can start working from 1st october for CompB in US who has filed my H1?
Please advice. It is very urgent and I need to take the decission by friday.
