H1 in Architecture/Urban Planning - How Easy

Hello All,

My wife did B-Arch in India and will be finishing her MS in Urban Planning in US.

Please let me know how hard is to get a H1 for her qualifications.

Any help is appreciated.

Lot of times it depends on the lawyer. As long as the lawyer is able to prove that the occupation is a specialty skill occupation and needs a bachelors or a master's degree then it will go through and a good lawyer can do that. Murthy and Rajiv Khanna are good. Schedule a consultation with one of them

H1 for architecture is routine....Just file the papers as usual. There are many architects I know of (without US degree) have got H1 visa.
