Could anyone please answer my questions. I would really appreciate:
1.) If company A has applied for my H1B visa and i am on my OPT, and my visa is yet to come, then i can work for some other employer on OPT( because A cant find me a project or i am on bench). Is that correct? The moment an H1 visa comes( filed by A) does it cancel the OPT using which i was working for B. Can i not keep working on my OPT and transfer my visa to B gradually?
2.) I am still working for A, but out of a project ( benched). So the latest pay stubs i have are till Nov, 04. If i get a job with a different employer in Jan, 05 ( suppose), I would not have the pay stubs for a part of November and entire December. Would that create a problem in a visa transfer?
3.) After i have applied for an H1b transfer, can i start working for a new employer the very next day after i applied, or wait till the transfer i approved What if it isnt approved? Would i need to file again?
