hi all
I got my H-1 visa approved last month and im goin to india in oct to get married and get my wife H-4 visa. I will be having my visa stamped in New Delhi. i have some questions:
1. On my pay stub, i am not payin FICA and medicare. Will that be a issue at New Delhi embassy for my H-1?
2. Do i need to show my bank statement as i juz have like $4000 in my acount. Is that enuf or i need to show more funds?
3. the company i am working for is Multinational and im reading inthese forums about 221(g). Can u please explain watz that and can the embassy put hold on visa stamping?
4. If somebody have experince in appearing at delhi embassy for H-1/H-4. Please share ur experince.
