Do we need to get visa stamped in the city of residence in india or it is possible to get it done frm other consulate in india too.

---- The visa can be stamped at any US Consulate in India as long as you are returning from US

If you are in India, you may have to go to the US Consulate under your residential Jurisdiction

Yup we r in US . So now we plan to get visa stamped frm delhi since chennai is booked till March end!!
