I am on 7th year H1B extension which expires on sep 20th 05 and I havent got it stamped on my passport , neither did my wife's latest H4 approval.
My 8th year extension has been filed on June 3rd 05.
I am planning a vacation to India during anytime between Aug - Nov ,
1> Do I have to get my visa stamped on my passport in order for me to re-enter USA ? If yes will I have to go through the long listed appointment dates which runs as late as Nov these days in Chennai, India
2> Can I go to any other country like UK to have it stamped ? If yes what is the risk ?
