H1/H4 visa (change of employer)

Hi

If some one changes their employer and applies for H1B transfer thru premium processing, they get their visa (H1B) transferred in 1 or 2 weeks. What about H4 visa (dependent) (how long that takes)?

I heard there is no premium processing for H4. if H1/H4 both applied at same but H1 is thru premium processing, do they get approval for both (H1/H4) at the same time? or H4 will take more time because there is no premium processing?

AS this is premium processing .. yes they both come and process at the same time..
